21–23 April 2023 | Coming home to happiness: The art of making joy a permanent state

Updated: Mar 28, 2023

Imagine leaving this retreat feeling happier, lighter and optimistic about life. This is possible! Together we will explore some of our core beliefs and traumas and acknowledge the negative, while giving space to identify the positive influences in our lives. Journey with us to the underworld to shelve our traumas, meet our guides and discover a treasure-trove of gifts we have been hiding from ourselves.

Life's hard. We all know that. But you're not alone. You'll find out during this retreat how you can release trauma and heartache so you can have the life you deserve – fun, exciting, and full of love and laughter – even if you don't feel like it right now! You are the master of your own destiny, and we can show you how to charter your course away from discontent and unresolved issues – thereby releasing joy. Healing is possible, fun, liberating, and life-changing! We can learn how to reforge our neural pathways to stop ourselves from attaching to our (and other people's) pain bodies.

Join husband and wife team, Robin and Rob, on this journey of self-discovery – in the tranquil and beautiful wonderment of the Temenos gardens. Robin and Rob haven't always been happy. But for the past 20 years they have recreated their lives and they make sure they laugh every day.

Please come along prepared to have gentle fun. There will be laughter, meditations, journeying, walking, intuitive dancing, vision-boarding, painting and collage.

The retreat will be held at the Temenos Retreat Centre. Checking in will be from 2pm on Friday 21 April, and we will gather for dinner at 5.30pm to begin the retreat. We will close just before lunch on Sunday. Sunday lunch is not included in the price of the retreat, but we will have a substantial late tea on Sunday. Otherwise, all meals are included in the price and are vegan. Accommodation for Friday and Saturday night are included in the cost, and there is an option to stay Sunday night for free.

The retreat fee is R5 200 per person for sharing accommodation and R5 700 per person for single accommodation. An immediate deposit of R1 000 secures your booking. The balance is payable on 13 April 2023. Please book soon as space is limited. Booking can be done by contacting Robin at ryule.coach@gmail.com or WhatsApp 082 449 8435.
